I work to support public, private, and independent schools by offering training, evaluation, mentoring, and professional development to teachers.  

 

My work in teacher preparation and development has included teaching undergraduate and graduate-level coursework in the schools of education at George Washington University and American University in Washington, DC and supervising new teachers in the field in K-12 public, private, and online settings. I've also developed evaluation tools to better enable schools to assess their teaching faculty.
